An Integrated Approach to Counselling and Coaching
A Tailored, Intuitive Approach to Your Well-Being
I offer a unique blend of counselling and coaching designed specifically for you. By combining the reflective nature of counselling (being with) with the action-oriented focus of coaching (doing with), we cultivate both deep personal insight and practical progress.
The Whole-Person Framework
Our work together honours your complete journey by focusing on the "whole you" across three dimensions of time:
Integrative Modalities
Your bespoke treatment plan blends evidence-based therapies and psycho-education to meet your individual needs and support lasting change:
Regulating Your Nervous System
Unresolved stress, trauma, and emotional patterns are often stored directly within the nervous system. When these patterns remain unprocessed, they quietly shape how you think, feel, and react.
My approach integrates body-based awareness with focused inner attention to safely release what your body is holding:

I am deeply passionate about my work and feel genuinely honoured to walk alongside my clients on their journeys of personal development.
I view my role as one of dedicated service - committed to offering you my full support within safe, ethical, and professional boundaries.

Experience & Background
My therapeutic background is grounded in supporting diverse age groups through complex life transitions:
Why this matters to you: having lived and worked across many different industries, I bring a down-to-earth, well-rounded, and deeply empathetic understanding of the everyday pressures, career stress, and systemic challenges my clients face.
Professional Qualifications
Continuous professional development is an integral part of my work ethic. I constantly update my training to ensure you receive the highest standard of evidence-based care:
Take the First Step
Ready to see how we can work together? I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Making the decision to reach out to a counsellor can feel scary and confusing. Yet, in my experience, many people struggle alone with mental health challenges, wellbeing concerns, personal crises, or relationship difficulties far longer than is healthy.
While friends can often offer comfort and support, sometimes that help only takes you so far. Recognising that you need something more - and being willing to seek it - is actually a powerful and important first step toward healing, growth, and reducing anxiety.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Seeking support is a courageous act of self-care and strength. Together, we can create a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I will guide you to live your life in the present on a path of your choosing.
Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, work through difficult emotions, or simply find greater balance in your life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
When you’re ready, I’m ready to listen.
Feel free to contact me via the form below if you have any questions about how I work. We can arrange a free 30 minute initial consultation to talk about your needs, you can ask any questions and we can work out whether I am the right therapist for you.
You can also text me on 07572 989543 and I will text back to arrange a time that we are mutually available to discuss your needs and how I can help you. Please note I can't always answer a phone call as my phone maybe on silent. However, I will text back to arrange a mutually agreeable time to talk.
