I was at my usual aqua fit class this morning, when I noticed a young father cradling his baby daughter in the shallow end of the pool. His face was filled with such love, it absolutely melted my heart.

In that moment, I was reminded that, no matter the trials and tribulations of life, there is joy and love around me in the look between a father and his child. Thank you universe for reminding me about gratitude in such a beautiful way.
