Through a supportive blend of somatic relaxation and psych-education, I can help you better understand your experiences, calm your nervous system, and build the tools you need to navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

4-Week Programme: Understanding & Rebalancing Anxiety and Stress

One hour per week | 4 Individual sessions

A supportive and practical journey to help you better understand anxiety and stress - how they affect your brain and body - and learn how to work with yourself, not against yourself. Each session includes gentle psych-education, somatic awareness, and guided relaxation or mental imagery to support insight, integration, and change.

🧠 Week 1: How Your Brain and Body Respond to Anxiety & Stress

  • Understand the nervous system, fight/flight/freeze responses, and the mind-body connection
  • Learn the role of the amygdala, prefrontal cortex, and body memory in anxiety
  • Guided mental imagery: Relaxation + positive affirmation

🪞 Week 2: Emotional Awareness, Beliefs & Expectations

  • Develop self-awareness and emotional literacy
  • Explore how beliefs and internal narratives shape experience
  • Learn to identify and shift unhelpful expectations
  • Guided mental imagery: Goal achievement reinforcement

🧠 Week 3: Mindset, Thought Patterns & Behaviour

  • Understand how thoughts influence emotions and behaviour
  • Learn tools to challenge negative thinking and cultivate a more balanced mindset
  • Guided mental imagery: Supporting sustained change

🌿 Week 4: Integration & Moving Forward

  • Review insights and skills gained over the programme
  • Explore how to stay grounded and maintain change
  • Guided mental imagery: Positive reinforcement of present and future self

Looking for a more relaxed, supportive way to explore wellbeing, stress relief, or personal growth? Why not gather a small group of friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues and book a group session together?

These sessions are designed to be both insightful and empowering - offering the chance to explore your emotional wellbeing while being supported by the people you know and trust.

You'll gain tools, insights, and techniques that help you feel more calm, connected, and in control - and the group setting means the support continues well beyond the session.

How It Works:

  • Group size: minimum of 4, maximum of 6 people
  • I come to your home or workplace (Plymouth area — travel outside Plymouth available at additional cost)
  • We can also work online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Each session is tailored to the group’s needs
  • Bonus: If you bring a full group of 6, the host attends for free!

One-to-One Sessions: Flexible and Tailored to You

If you prefer a more private setting, I offer bespoke 1:1 sessions that can take place online via Zoom, face-to-face in my therapy room, or even in the comfort of your own home.

Each session follows the structure outlined above, with the added flexibility to focus specifically on any emotional, behavioural, or cognitive challenges you’re facing —whether these relate to past experiences, future worries, or present-day difficulties.

  • Face-to-face sessions can also take place in my private therapy room.
