One hour per week | 4 Individual sessions
A supportive and practical journey to help you better understand anxiety and stress - how they affect your brain and body - and learn how to work with yourself, not against yourself. Each session includes gentle psych-education, somatic awareness, and guided relaxation or mental imagery to support insight, integration, and change.

These sessions are designed to be both insightful and empowering - offering the chance to explore your emotional wellbeing while being supported by the people you know and trust.
You'll gain tools, insights, and techniques that help you feel more calm, connected, and in control - and the group setting means the support continues well beyond the session.

One-to-One Sessions: Flexible and Tailored to You
If you prefer a more private setting, I offer bespoke 1:1 sessions that can take place online via Zoom, face-to-face in my therapy room, or even in the comfort of your own home.
Each session follows the structure outlined above, with the added flexibility to focus specifically on any emotional, behavioural, or cognitive challenges you’re facing —whether these relate to past experiences, future worries, or present-day difficulties.
